has a dynamic Research and Development unit (R & D) which enjoys a
team of top engineers, experts and technicians. The unit is facilitated with the latest
technology equipments. As our policy, research and
development in new fields is considered of high importance and for this
reason a great deal of modern facilities are provided for R&D
unit. R&D currently has got hardware equipments like Spectrum
Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope, Analogue Oscilloscope, Function Generator,
Digital Power Supply, Universal Programmer & IC Tester, EPROM Eraser, Micro controller
Emulator, SMT soldering set. , All computers are also connected together
utilizing a Local Area Network with
POWER WAY
software installed to insure keeping all documentations and planning due
to standard features. |

Factory located in Eshtehard is a modern one in Iran enriched with two
different production line technologies: Surface Mount Technology (SMT),
Through Hole Technology (THT).Observing all standard needs for production process, all operators are
trained for their defined tasks and each workstation has its own
Workstation Instruction sheet to minimize the product defects.In
addition, the Quality Control unit actively plays its important role due
to Control Plan & PFMEA to increase the product quality level
and use the feedback results to modify the production process.Some
test devices are provided in the factory since the automotive products are
definitely subject to pass all automotive standards such as temperature
tests, salt spray test, endurance test. These tests are currently
implemented in the factory.
